Samgyeobsal (Grilled Pork Belly)_Korea Style

 

 

It’s December that has Christmas. However, I've been only working.
I feel lonely, so I go to drink with my colleagues.

I think I've been drinking almost 4 times this week. We are not lonely while drinking.

The most frequent menu we eat is samgyeopsal(Grilled Pork Belly in Korean style), so we go to the Samgyeopsal house.

Since the steak pan is so clean, I need to heat it up quickly and put the samgyeopsal(Grilled Pork Belly in Korean style) on it.

 

 

As you well know, Koreans have a very urgent personality.

So, we cannot wait the time between heating the pan up and grilling the meat.
We order yukhoe(Korean-style raw beef).

 

 

As you might see, this meat is made with cattle made today, so it's very fresh.
I eat it with cheese or seaweed and sauce,

Even only if we eat with that yukhoe(Korean-style raw beef), we can drink 1 bottle of soju per person.

 

 

And it is the long-awaited samgyeopsal that is so beautiful.

 

 

I wait until it is cooked.

And finally, if I grill kimchi and bean sprouts together and eat it, it will alleviate the loneliness and hunger of that day.
